By completing the ‘Contact Us’ or ‘Enquiry’ forms on our website we will use the information you provide to reply and respond to your enquiry. With your consent, it may be passed to our partner company Solis Tractors UK Ltd network for the purpose of finding the products or services required in an area local to your home/business address. Your information will not be sold or disclosed to any third parties without your consent unless we are required to do so for legal reasons.
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our website.
Data is stored securely using third party programs and software including, Sage and Mailchimp. We take reasonable precautions to keep the data safe including using firewalls and anti-virus software which are regularly maintained and updated.
Accessing & Removing Information
